Physicals: Comprehensive health assessment; Physician or NP services; Prescriptions and refills
Biometrics: Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, Body Temperature, Respiratory Rate, Blood Oxygen Level, Pulse, Lung Capacity & Heart Sounds, Reflexes.
Blood tests: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Complete Blood Count (CBC) Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1C, Liver Panel including GGT and Vitamin B12 & D
